Experience Holistic Wellness with the Rainbow Project
Parenting a child or adolescent who consistently struggles to manage their emotions and behaviors may sometimes feel insurmountable. It often causes daily problems within your child's life and can lead to long-term disruption within your family.
I understand these challenges, which is why I focus on treatments that make impactful changes within individuals so they can lead to emotionally resilient and productive lives that are not weighed down by mental health issues.
As the demand for mental health therapists increased, I focused my attention on psychology and law. I earned a BA in psychology from Antioch University Seattle is 2014. In 2018, I earned a MA degree in clinical psychology. My specialty is working with adults and children living with depression, anxiety, low-esteem, bipolar disorder, and ADHD.
Throughout my career, I have worked with incarcerated adults in Washington State and children in the foster-care system.
I look forward to working with you.
Guiding You On the Path of Self-Healing
I will meet you exactly where you are in the process of healing. By building rapport, we can work together on your goals. It’s an opportunity to ask questions and discuss your goals in therapy.
Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions I promote behavioral transformation by encouraging a positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes and reactions.
